Printer Repair Classes

By Laser Recharge ·
I currently train students on HP Printer repair. Trainings are hands one. My question, is there software available that I can do the training live on line?

Thanks

Have you considered using a video camera and recording your own content?

Why not use on-line conferencing software?

by NickNielsen In reply to Printer Repair Classes

You would have to have a webcam and possibly some production software, but that probably won't break the bank.

I do have a webcam. Just need to figure out the best thing to do for the Techs. Thanks for the advice.

Good luck

I spent four years as a training developer in the USAF. 75% of the job was deciding what you needed to train, 20% was deciding how to deliver it, and the rest was creating the product.

Thanks!

Deciding on what to train on does take most of my time. Everything else seems pretty easy. Thanks for your input..

Note: you get what you pay for, video wise....

Most webcams use a little $2 CMOS sensor that produces very poor quality video. Even a $50 CCD security camera will produce video 100x better. Then, of course, the challenge is getting audio that does not drop out or sound tinny. In short, you need a teleconference system.

I would look into the new low-cost Cisco tele-presence gear. It does HD.
