Hello,
I have some new WIN2K machines from Gateway that have a problem using the printer wizard to connect them to network printers. When I use the wizard to install them, I get to the dialog box with the Microsoft ICON but I cannot open it when I click on it to see the domain and available printers. Other machines are able to see them and the dalog box opens automatically to the available printers. . . seems to be a weird bug somewhere. Have you seen this and what is necessary to fix this?
