i have a question..why is it if i print from ms word a 1 page document to a hp lj8000 printer and tell it i want to print 10 copies it prints all with no problems, but if i print from excel just 1 page with no graphics or lines just some text less than the word document it will not print multiple copies. if i tell it to print 5 it will only print about 2 and will have a long pause then maybe print just 1 more…will never print all!! why and any suggestions?
