Printing continous stationary on Epson

I have migrated a Win 98 PC onto NT workstation. I have re-installed drivers for an Epson DFX-8500 printer but I now find that the option to specify a custom page size no longer exists. I have tried some of the continous size options but the print remains mis-aligned. Any ideas on a solution?.
