When printing email from outlook (97 or 9 the FROM field is blank. This only happens on one user's machine. Deleting and readding her profile doesn't work, printing to different printers doesn't work, but her profile on another machine does, as does someone else's profile on her machine. Any ideas?

I saw this problem on a machine that had a locally attached HP LaserJet 6LXI printer. I changed a few of the graphics rendering settings for the printer driver (I can't remember exactly which ones) and it corrected the problem.
I had a similar problem when I was writing a web page once. the color I used which happens to be blue, which I'm guessing is the color of the from field, would not print correctly. when printed on any of the desk jet printers the words did not appear, when printed with a color cartridge the words were barely clear, and finaly when I printed on a laser printer it came out.
I ended up changing colors i thnk. if your using any custom colors I'd recommend switching back to windows default.right click on the desk top Properties Appearance tab then change scheme to wndows default.
