Any time we try to print out an html formatted email that contains an image all we get for the image is a small box with an “X” in it. We are using Outlook 2000 and IE5.5 and now IE6.0. OS is NT4 SP6a. I have read the following KB article, but it only applies to IE5.5 ( I was really hoping that the problem would have been fixed in IE6.0 since it was a known problem).
