printing in Excel

By Borg7of9 ·
Hi there

I know how to print mutiple workbooks, by selecting them and then printing them, however, excel prints each workbook on a seperate page, and I want to print mutyiple workbooks without any page breaks.

Also, I want to know how to print say 3 ranges in 3 workbooks, but all on one page with out page breaks. ( well if more than a page, then it simple keeps printing on page 2.

You will need to use the Excel 'Camera' to accomplish this request.

Select one of the toolbars and right-click. Select Customize, and then select the Commands tab. From Tools, select Camera, and drag the icon to the toolbar. Click Close.

Select a cell or range in the sheet. Click the Camera icon, and select a cell in a different sheet or open workbook. Click the cell to create the object.

Use of the Camera is limited. You can only view calculation results or the data in a defined range of cells

Take a 'picture' of a group of cells then paste the images on one defined page then print. The images are dynamic and will update if the source is revised.
