Printing Pics embeded in outlook email

I have a user with Outlook 2000 and she is having problems printing pictures that are embeded into an email. She can copy the picture (off a webpage, etc.) and then insert it into the email but when it is time to print the picture only shows up as an “X” with a box around it. If she forwards the same email to another user that user can print it without any problems. The other user also has Outlook 2000, and both users have Windows 2000 Pro. Does anyone have any ideas?
