Microsoft Office applications under File Print always allow a checkbox to “Print to file”
I cannot find anything that will then print the resulting .PRN file. Someone said to just drag it to a printer icon but that just asked me to assign software for .PRN files.
My immediate need was to be able to print the Handouts” from Power Point to a file so I can email the file to future attendees who may or may not have power point. However, the .PRN issue has come up many times. Thanks for any help.
PS: Acrobat can do that but so few people have Acrobat
