Printing problems in Outlook Express

By tchieng ·
I have a user using MS Outlook Express 5 (v5.5) running on Windows 98. When she prints any e-mail message on any printer, it chops off the left hand side of her text or message. It just chops off the first two character of every line for no reason. I'm lost! I don't know where to look. Can anyone give me a suggestion on where to start? Other programs like MS Word or Excel prints just fine.

Thanks

To set the print margins, open Internet Explorer, click File>Page Setup and
set the right and left margins to 0.
The print engine that Outlook Express uses is the same one that Internet Explorer uses.
You can also use is View>Text Size in IE to change the size of the printed text output in Outlook Express.
