Since upgrading to AOL 6.0, I can’t print AOL e-mail or web pages. All I get is a blank page with a header and footer. I’m using a Lexmark 3200 Color Jetprinter. I’ve tried all 3 printing formats: pmjournal (default), EMF, and RAW. Turning off spooling and printing directly to the printer doesn’t help either. I’m using n NEC Ready 9851 PC with a Cyrix M300 chip and Windows ME. I can print OK from a Windows 95 PC with AOL 4.0/5.0 to the same printer. AOL doesn’t have an answer.
