Problem installing software

I was installing Microsoft Encarta Reference Library 2003 and my Window 98 stalled. i had to restart my pc. The software is still trying to install for the point it stopped.

How do I restart the program installation from the beginning. Do I need to uninstall program? Where can I find the program.

Please help???
