problem when MS access97 starts up

By RG11 ·
I have MS office 97 pro and when trying to open up access I get the following message..."cant find the database you specified, or you didnt specify a database at all.........Specify a valid database name in the command line, and include a path if necessary, so that can find the application..."
I have reinstalled office and get the same message...

remove office and reinstall it in a different pacth , and install the service packs of office 97 (sp2 i think was the lastest) while you are at it.
