I’ve encountered a major problem while setting up my headset, and this has happened before. My laptop does not register any microphone connected to it, sticking to the implanted mic already on the keyboard. I’ve so far looked up many forums and sites for my case, but none of them has yet to work. I’m desperate.
The headset is a Korp Oxygen from a company named G-Lab, with a combined 3.5mm jack. The mic is detachable.
As for my computer, it’s a Windows 10, with only one headphone jack on it.
