Problem with Belkin Omniview and mouse

Two of our NT 4 servers on different sites will not recognise the mouse attached to them through Omniview. However, they will still recognise a mouse attached directly to them. On one site the mouse stopped working after installing the internet explorer security roll up. I don’t when the connection failed on the other machine. I suspect that people will suggest I get a firmware upgrade from Belkin and I have contacted them also. However, I wonder if anyone can shed any light on this problem andalso will reinstalling SP6a and subsequent updates resolve this? Thanks Debbie
