Problem with HOTMAIL

HI there iam using an ADSL connection 32/128 kbps running on a p4 and p3 computers.I have a problem opening hotmail,the rest of the mails like yahoo,rediffmail,gmail open very fast except hotmail it takes about 15min to access the inbox what might be the problem-paul
