Problem with IE 7.0 INSTALLATION

I have one problem with IE 7.0 Installation When I am upgrading my IE 6.0 to IE 7.0 after completing the installation it is giving one error message that ORDINAL is not found, Can any one help me about this

Try this

Uninstall IE7. Download the latest version of IE7 and install it.

Thanks for ur sugestion.
I have allready uninstall the 7.0 and then downloaded the IE 7.0 New version but problem is same ,Actually my problem is this I was using IE 8.0 BETA version,but now i have uninstall it and now i want to install IE 7.0 but after completing the installing process when i am restarting my system then it is giving this error Ordinall Not found in dynamic link library iertutil.dll,
Please help me how can i solve this problem

Thanks For ur sugestion,So It mean I have to repair my WIN XP SP2.It Mean It is the problem with my windows.
Thanx once again Now I am goin to plan reinstall my windows once again.And ur ur link is so usefull for me,I think there are lot things for me in thios link.

Naveen if you are going to be testing on your PC and you haven't got a test PC, there are a couple of things that you can do.

1. Install Virtual PC or VMware.

2. Get a copy of Acronis do a fresh install of Windows and create a Recovery Partition.
That way in seven minutes by pressing F11 you are back on deck.

Dear Sir,

I havent got A test PC. And sir How can i create a recovery partition,can u suggest me in the details.But first i have to download the virtual pc software,And sir, I dont have VMware software.
