We have workstations connected to a domain and every month users are prompted to change their password. For some reason a small number of users cannot log into the intranet sites after they change their password. Normally, a box will come up and ask them to enter their new credentials.
I tried IE/Tools delete all offline files, passwords, forms, etc and nothing helped so far. The one thing we did was to recreate their entire user profile which is a real pain and this only solve the problem for 1 month.
I had the user use runas to launch an internet explorer session and they where able to access the intranet zones with no problem.
Is anybody experiencing similar issues?? How can I make the login box come up again?? I was unable to find any solution online..
