problem with Outlook98 Meeting Request

So far this occurs with only a single user. Re-install of Outlook98 does not help.

When the user creates a new meeting request and goes to attendee availability. All of the blocked times for each attendee invited are shown in black. After scrolling to the right to view more dates, Outlook98 crashes.

This has me very perplexed. Thanks for any support.

Is your outlook 98 connected to Internet mail or Exchange Server.

Sometimes (*sometimes*) un-installing an application doesn't really uninstall it. It's worth trying to un-install Outlook98 again, and performing a cold shutdown.

In addition to this, i'd also run Regclean (stab in the dark, but it's worked for me in the past).

Creating a training memo suited specifically to your organization's is always a sure shot.

Capturing screen shots is really easy:
1) CTRL-ALT-PrintScreenKey (to the right of F12)
2) CTRL-V into Word
