Hi
I have downloaded my VPN software onto my new laptop running Vista, for connection to my work. Everything seems to be fine however on clicking the sr_gui.exe icon, it thinks about it for a moment and then nothing happens.
I’ve shutdown my firewall to see if that’s an issue but the same thing still occurs.
I’ve checked my local registry settings and that has the HKLM..\Windows\Currentversion and the Device Path has the ‘%SystemRoot%\inf’ details included.
I have connected once before after the initial download but subsequent attempts have been unsuccessful.
I’m at a loss as to how to connect. Is anyone able to advise of an answer?
