Problem with word attachments

I have a customer who, after he opens a word attachment and tries to close word he gets one of those message saying that an error occured and asking you if you want to send it microsoft.

When you open word first then outlook, the problem does notoccurr. The customer has office xp and windows 2000 for OS.
