Problems with Install of Office XP Pro

I installed Office XP Pro on a brand new Windows XP Pro machine. I immediately installed all the service packs etc for both Office XP and Windows XP. When I open the programs (Outlook is the worst)it asks me to accept the EULA. I accept and then the same window pops up again. I accept again and then Word opens. I close outlook (and word) and reopen and the same thing happens. I ran the repair utility for office and it didn’t work. Then I un/reinstalled office, but the same thing again. Any ideas? I really don’t want to have to reinstall the OS. That would be a real pain, as you all know. Thanks for your help.
