Problems with my hp recovery process

By missygirl2164 ·
I have tried the backspce ctrl key thing on previous post I have done this about 3 times and my pc is still giving errors.
It was giving errors while loading the 9 disks that hp sent to me!
Most of the errors are preload errors>>?
I am at a lost for what to do!
I will be starting school next week and was hoping to get my pc at least in running shape.
I have never had anything like this happen to me before, my hp is in such a bad mess!
I don't know what to do??

Couple of things

First, I strongly suggest you remove your email address from your post. Bots will harvest your address and you will start getting a chit load of spam.

Second you have never posted in these forums before this, we don't know what your previous post backspace was.

I take it these are recovery CD's?

Did you load the OS CD first? Then the applications?

If you are getting Load errors when you are attempting to

Install the OS it points to hardware faults. Try checking the RAM with a Mem Tester.

Or if you have added RAM to this unit there could be timing Issues remove the new RAM and just leave the Original RAM in place while you load it. Quite often RAM with timing issues will allow Windows to run OK but cause Load errors when you attempt to install the OS.
