Problems with .pdf files

I have a document done as a .pdf (Acrobat
Reader) file because of the graphics
contained within. But the majority of websites I
try to up load this document to only accept .doc
(Word) files.
How can I tranfer this document to a Word
.doc file without loosing the graphics?
