umm my pc starts up hardrive spins fo a second or so then pc turns off. disconnected hardrive and put in a new one but now the pc wont boot. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
