Procedure Entry Point

The dial-up modem on this XP machine cannot be found by MSN. XP sees it and will query it. When I right-click on My Computer I get the message “The procedure entry point RemoteAssistanePrepareSystemRestore could not be located in the dynamic link library. WINSTA.dll”. I was told XP was just reinstalled on this machine.
