product review software

I want to offer reviews of products commonly used in my hobby on my existing (amateur-designed) webiste. I’m new to this aspect, but ready to learn. Can anyone suggest software that lets people post reviews, and even designate a number of stars (or whatever) for an at-a-glance evaluation? I’d like option to edit submitted reviews for clarity & length before posting to site.
Cheap is good, of course freeware is better! Thanks
