Programmable Keys

Heya guys,

I’m looking for a way to program key functions. For Instance I would like Alt + F to make numbers such as 4356AD, or something like that.

I know its plausible with Visual Studio and Java Programming, but are there any other..more SIMPLE ways, even if it involves a program or something.
