What are you trying to achieve?
It isn't possible to 'install' applications onto removable flash drives and then use them on multiple computers.
Maybe if you give us a little more detail...

Interesting. I had not realised there was a demand for such software until now.
Bear in mind though if you are trying to cover your tracks whilst browsing, your activities will still be recorded in the web access logs of the router / proxy that you access the web through.

Well in doing some more research I have found a version of firefox called Portablefirefox, that lets you install it on a flash drive for portable use. I am looking for a way to carry my own email and web browser with me so that I have these things with me at all times. With the portable firefox I found it stores all cookies and web site history on the flash drive. This prevents anything from being left on the computer I would be using. While I know that most normal programs cannot be installed and used on a removable drive, I was wondering if anyone knew of any other specialty software. Some drive makers bundle web and email clients with their drives unfortunatly mine didnot and I hav ebeen unsuccessfull in finding compatible downloads at other manufacturers web sites.

Please dont miss interpret my intentions. I mearly dont want to leave any traces on the local machine, such as passwords or usernames. I am not using it to do anything illicit. An administrative log does not trouble me as much as the next user accidentally stumbling into my checking account because 'remember passwords' was on and I didnt notice it.
