General discussion

I have a user that is using Outlook 2000. The department
has set up a public calendar for members of the
department to use. She claims that the appointmetns have
been dropping off without their intervention. They are
adding information, but as they search through the
calendar, appointments that have been added are now gone.

I bet she is closing the add item box without saving, and assumes that it saves (which it does not). Watch her add an item, and see exactly what she does. It is probably an ID-10T error (isn't it always :) )

Seen this plenty of time. Closing without saving means no calendar update! Always Save before exit.
