Does anyone know how to change the background color of a Public Folder calendar? We are running Exchange 2003 on Windows Server 2003

We use Outlook 2003 as the client so that’s just tools, options, calendar, background. (Public, Mailbox or PST)

But if that’s not what you where looking for try here:

        Hi,

I tried your suggestion tools – options – calendar. What I found was I could specify the color for my personal calendar and this would also change the color of the public folder to another random color. Does anyone know how I can select the background color for the public folser calendar? Also I would perfer to set it at the server level as my client wants everyone to have the same view.

If you select “use selected colour on all calendars” under Tools\ options in Outlook 2003 – this will show your public folders in that colour. Not sure if you can customise more than that – cheers – Happy Holidays
