Hi, I’m trying to create an outlook shortcut to a custom form made in a public folder in exchange. The command I’m using is:
“C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE” /c “IPM.Note.Telephone Form Template”
However, the shortcut opens a default email form rather than the custom one i’ve designed. I’m not sure whether there’s a problem with the syntax?
