Public Folders don’t Sync in Exch2K3

Hello,
I have subfolders of a PF that don’t want to sync with a remote server. I did a push method of replication and set the priority to “urgent”. The status of the replication for that remote server continues to say “local modified” as if it’s waiting for something.

This causes people on the remote server to not see these subfolders. What is odd, is that the ROOT PF *is* viewable by everyone including those on the remote server yet the replication status says “local modified” as well.

It’s been a couple weeks since pushing the replication. I have permissions to do this.
