Publisher 98 Clip art Gallery

A networked machine has Windows 2000 and Publisher 98.

When I log on with admin rights, all working fine.

When I log on with “standard user” rights and try to add a clip art picture, I get the error message:-

“The Clip gallery is in use. Close the clip gallery that is already running and try again”

This happens when nothing else is running. The user is logged on and only has publisher running.

I have checked permisions, they APPEAR to be OK.

There was Office XP on but that is removed. Although the problem is there with or without office XP.
