PUBLISHING CALENDARS AS PUBLIC FOLDERS

We are using Outlook’97 clients and an Exchange 5.5 server.
There is a Directors mailbox and I wish to publish his calendar so it appears as a standard Public Folder Calendar in Exchange that everyone else can see appointments in on a read/only basis.
Does anyone know how to do this?
