Pure virtual function called

Everytime I start typing in word it pops up a white screen saying Winword causes errors and then it shut down. I’ve reinstalled, worked for a while, and then when I went to the Tools – Options – Print tab, it popped up the following error -> Pure virtual function called -HPBF0410.drv . And then after that if you open word and start typing the white popup box appear, saying Winword is causing errors, click ignore or save as another file. Even if you click ignore, the next error box, is Program has performed illegal operation…

What can I do??
