I upgraded a user by replacing their Windows 98 workstation with a Dell Windows 2000 workstation. They use a QMS Colormagic 2 printer attach via TCP/IP.
Problem: When printing a PowerPoint 2000 document, there is a fine black line that appears around each image pasted on the original powerpoint document.
This mysterious border around the graphic was not a problem in Windows 98SE with PowerPoint 2000.
Now, we have to print our presentations from another workstation running Windows 98.
How do we correct this problem uder Windows 2000?
I have downloaded the latest print driver from Minolta QMS and noted that the date is old.
I’m stumped. Can any one shed light on this issue.
