Cloud servers can be configured to provide levels of performance, security and control similar to those of a dedicated server. But instead of being hosted on physical hardware that’s solely used by you, they reside in a shared “virtualized” environment that’s managed by your cloud hosting provider. You benefit from the economies of scale of sharing hardware with other customers. And, you only pay for the exact amount of server space used. Cloud servers also allow you to scale resources up or down, depending on demand, so that you’re not paying for idle infrastructure costs when demand is low.

Go for Cloud based management system

Go for the Cloud based management system, its very simple to understand that the cloud enables worldwide access for everyone. You can access your environment from anywhere in the world, through your web browser, meaning functionality is always at your fingertips. Along with that I would also recommend you to give it a trail before investing money in it.

what @compliancequestqms and @donaldvaccaro8 has said summed it all up. i’m just going to highlight this with cloud your backup and recovery is ensured you don’t have to worry about losing your data or damage. Plus your cloud provider will be responsible for management and you can save budget on IT.
