Query on Software Testing

Hi
I am from Chennai, I have done MBA Finance in
Coimbatore. My UG is in BSC Computer Technology. Now i am working with an Private Bank in Chennai in the field of finance.
I like to shift my career towards IT from Finance. I have ben given suggestion to take Software testing.
Kindly advise me the Course details, Duration, Fee structure etc..
Kindly advise me how will be the placement for software testing.

  Hi Friends,
  Recently my friend attended a training session in DHS Infomatics PVT Ltd. on testing . She got selected in a MNC witn in the Course Duration(Also with value labs,)She told me that the session is completely designed with interview orientation,followed by Software Standards(Real Time),two projects with screen shots, interactive question and answers session and finally HR Session.
