Question on Calendar Control in Access

In Access 2002, I design a form with a field called “starting date”, and want to add a calendar control beside this field: when user select a date in the calendar control, I hope the field “starting date” will automatically set its value same as calendar control. And user can also manually input date in the field. How can I realize this?
