Question on Excel compare

By Hunterzh ·
Now I need to compare data in two sheets of Excel.
First, need to filter all unique codes in a range A1:F2352, copy to a new sheet;
Then compare the new range with one column, highlight the data of the new range which not existing in the column?
How can I fulfill the above work quickly?

Probably everything you need to know is on Chip Pearson's site.

Name the old range as "oldrange". Then go to the first cell of the new range which in our exampel is cell a2.
Use format, conditional formatting then click the first inputbox drop down list choose "formula is"
then in the second inputbox type the formula
=COUNTIF(oldrange,A2)=0
Then click the format and choose the color you want for the pattern. Click ok
the copy the conditional formatting to other cells
