Question on Online & Offline of Outlook

By Hunterzh ·
In MS Outlook, if we set up an e-mail account with Exchange server type, can work offline and online. My colleague has a problem, when he works at home, with no connection to our mail server, has to reply or write mails in offline state; after he comes back to office, open Outlook with connection to server, he then works in online state. Though those mails have been sent, but he can not find them in Sent folder. So how can the messages in Offline state be also synchronized with server, then he is able to read mails both in offline and online state, but need not switch.
