The only way you can do this is to put more ram in.

There is another way, but since you do not know how to do increase the virtual ram, i will not post it here.

Please post back if you have any more problems or questions.

All I can say is to Increase what is called under Windows the Swap File or Page File Minimum Size.

That will increase your Virtual RAM but depending on how much you have loaded it may have no effect on the way that the applications run.

As a Starting point the Page File should be at least 1.5 times the Actual Ram to 2 Times the Actual RAM but if you have a small amount of RAM installed you can make the Minimum Size 300% the Amount of Installed RAM for the Lower End and 500% of installed RAM at the higher end.

So if you have 1 GIG of RAM installed in the computer you can make the Minimum Size 3 GIG and the Upper Size 5 GIG. If you have 256 MEG of RAM installed you could start off with a Minimum Size of 1 GIG and a Upper Size of 2 GIG and depending on how fast your HDD can transfer Data it may help to improve things.
