Rapport software for Wyse Winterm doesn’t work correctly

I had tried to install Rapport 4.0 and 3.02 Full pack but its fail me several time.

I may want to use it to maintain my 12 Winterm thin client.

Its seem to be MSDE installation problem from the Rapport setup package.

Any Idea…
