I’m interested to know what ratio of IT support staff to users is common… I manage a team of three who support 200 users (single site/on-site support only). We provide ‘if it plugs in – it’s ours’ service, tho’ we won’t guarantee to fix your toaster. So we’re at 50:1 and climbing..
