check recipients box and insure that message is deleting after receipt from server.

He had been deleting mail turns out, was a yahoo business provider mail system that was not purging trash bin :
used mail2web, logged in with user id /pwd. purged sent/received ; deleted all unnecessary \ un-needed mail along with extra folders: Problem gone now..
