I am in the process of planning a router and firewall upgrade. I have been recommended a few different solutions and would like to get other thoughts on it.
Situation: Small network of 3 servers and 40 local clients. There will be up to 2 permanent offices connected via VPN and up to 20 remote clients using vpn to connect into the network. There may be a Web server implemented later in the year that would go into a DMZ.
Out of the Cisco range of products what is recommended for my needs. My thoughts at this stage would be a PIX 515E for the firewall and I’m not sure on the router yet. We are using an ADSL connection.
