Recover Un-installed Software

I was installing a game on my personal folder

Then I did not like the game so I un-installed it

But, I did not know instead of un-installing only its folder, it removed also my personal folder

I looked at the trash Icon it is empty (knowing I un-installed a software so it will not be there)

I want to know is there a way I could recover my Personal Folder that it included in the deletion process

Im using Windows 2000, does it have a command where I could recover deleted items (those not in the trash icon)
