Recovering folders in outlook2000

I had a folder created in a PST file in Outlook 2000. Instead of deleting a mail, i deleted the folder with Shift+delete option.
Normally there is a prompt for deleting the file. But there was no prompt and the folder was lost.
If someone can help me as to recovering the folder, it would be of great help.
