I’m trying to open a recurring appointment and an error message opens up and it wont let me open the appointment.
Error Message:
cannot read one instance of this recurring appointment. close any open appointments and try again, or recreate the appointment.
click OK.
error message:
can’t open this item. the operation failed.
I dont have any other appointments open when i get this message? it makes no sense…
please help.
